The larger entity we can think of is the residential society or colony, where the committee thinks of the physical and to some extent mental ( by organizing cultural activities, get-together) or emotional needs of colony members, but it is more focused on fulfilling the facilities as a governing body.
Looking at the more larger entities like corporations or the state governments or the national governments. As these are government entities, these are mainly concerned about collecting taxes and distributing the funds as and where required as per the priority. Look after the physical progress of the governed area in terms of communication options like roads, railways. Fulfill the basic needs like water, ration, employment, authorities, documents, currency, security, bla bla bla and so on. This list may go up to thousands of items. But all those are related to physical needs of the entity being governed. It does not and it can not take care of the emotional needs. Promoting or encouraging entertainment activities like television, cinema, cultural activities, having various non technical or social courses, arts courses in education these are just some arrangements which may help to fulfill the emotional or mental needs of human being. These things are no where focusing on the emotional development of human being who is going to be a part of matured society.
The education system (monitored by or governed by government) is there, but it's main focus is to educate humans to make them survive by their own. It gives some contribution to make a human with social values and characteristics, who is eligible to live in a society.
There is one more system works for well being of human, the judiciary system. It focuses more on justice. Sometimes it goes beyond justice like it gives guidance to governments in some of the issues but judiciary system is not the system which can think of or act for overall well being of human being. It has to work in the frame of constitution.
Governments in some way owns the well being of human being but is limited to the Nationals of the particular country. So one nation's government can think of or can plan for other nations economic crisis. So it is mostly about business between two nations.
In short there is no system or institution which looks after the emotional needs or mental needs, and is focused on the social growth of the human being. Which is taking the ownership of developing the good leaders with strong ethical values and owns overall human being, and is working for or thinking about well being of all world. To own such a big world, there should be some bigger entity or a bigger system which is well organized. There are many individuals and many NGO organizations which are having such intentions but again they are individual and not such big to take ownership of all human beings. They are again creating more and more isms to have fight between them.
When I say, I am looking for an entity which should think about overall human being, not only human being but also it should own every life in the world. What exactly I am expecting from this entity. May be below questions will give this answer.
1. Who will decide which ism will bring happiness for all human beings. Whether its socialism, communism, nationalism or something else.
2. Who will decide the definition of happy person.
3. Who will decide that the technical/ physical development will only make every individual happy or its making individual more and more unhappy.
4. Who will decide/evaluate if democracy is good, and is making people happy.
5. Who will decide if the culture is good for humanity or it should be destroyed as being said by anti-culture movement.
7. Who will decide the concept of God is good for humanity or its making human being a weak animal.
8. Who should ensure that democracy is in right hands?
9. Can unorganized peoples, who are under influence of various isms, with confused mind, who can sell their votes for money, can ever elect a people oriented government?
10. Who should work to low down the sensitivity index of peoples?
11. Who will decide what innovation is good for people and what is bad? If all the innovations we had till now, were there to make peoples happy then are people happy now? Which innovation will exactly make all peoples happy? Who will decide this?
12. Who should take the ownership of developing a human being with social ethics, social values and a mature leaders who can think of overall human being.
